The contracted time begins with the cocktail hour, when guests first arrive at the reception. This includes the following:
Overtime may be added at $200 per half hour. Prior approval from your venue must be given.
Your DJ will play light background music for 30 minutes prior to the start of your ceremony as guests arrive. Customized processional music will be played for the groomsmen, bridesmaids and bride to reach the alter. Your officiant will have the option for a hand held or lapel wireless mic, and an optional second mic is available for any scripture readings. Your ceremony will end with your customized recessional song.
All private or corporate events will start with a two-hour minimum at $800. Beyond that, overtime can be purchased at $200 per half hour.
